EAM announces the appointment of a new member of its Board of Directors.

Joining the EAM Board of Directors is Joel Clark, founder and president of the J.S. Clark Agency in Southfield, Michigan.

“We are excited to have Mr. Clark be part of the EAM,” said Bret Jackson, president of EAM. “His level of expertise and enthusiasm for helping Michigan businesses succeed embodies the spirit of the EAM and our mission of creating jobs and higher wages.”

Mr. Clark founded J.S. Clark Agency in 1987. The J.S. Clark Agency provides employee benefit services to more than 300 clients nationwide.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Clark also conducts several educational lectures concerning health care and is a member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Agent Advisory Committee, Delta Dental Agent Advisory Board, Health Alliance Plan Agent Advisory Council, National Association of Health Underwriters, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
